We had the unusual situation to need a real estate agent but were not in the area. I originally found an agent, left a message/email and received a reply they would contact me on a certain date. I never heard from them. So I looked again, this time with a better idea of “what” exactly to look for in an agent and found Holly. I contacted Holly the next day by phone, and she answered! When I told her about the first agent (different company), she was astonished and we both laughed because the client she just hung up with had the exact same issue. Fast forward to a quick trip out to visit the area and look at houses, we had been sending ones that met our criteria back & forth. Holly had a previous trip planned so we met with Brenda. Brenda is part of Holly’s team and is just so fabulous, the perfect person to show you homes. She’s fun, noticed things that maybe we didn’t and could pivot on a dime. You just can’t help but like her. Then comes Kelley. I’m not going to lie, I didn’t really get it at first (even though she said, “call me for everything”) since I had previously been in contact and meeting with Brenda. THEY ARE A WELL HONED GROUP! Kelley coordinates anything that needs to happen…and we had A LOT of needs. They were, and still are, so wonderful. They helped coordinate so many things while we were in another state, at one point I actually thought to myself “this is too good to be true, are they for real” - well they are! Holly also sends out super helpful newsletters, the last one that reminded us we needed to inform our home owners insurance (I know, duh but we had a lot of plates spinning). I honestly can’t recommend them enough…and if you ask anyone who knows me, I’m pretty picky.
