I cannot speak highly enough of Tim Allen and Kim DiBenedetto and all the team at Tim Allen Properties. They handled our estate sale with 3 co-trustees (one out of the country even) with friendliness, efficiency, and unfailing courtesy and responsiveness. They had resources available for necessary inspections, repairs, and touch-ups at the drop of a hat. I always felt like I got an honest and fair answer to every question. The house sold immediately at full asking price, and the closing process couldn’t have been smoother (including getting documents signed at an embassy overseas). Kudos to Tim Allen Properties. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Team Tim was fabulous! We had bought a home with them, so when we were ready to sell, Tim was top of mind. Tim was involved with us personally at the critical junctures, and always available! Marie was the one who we interacted with on preparing the property and many of the steps along the way. Brenna is the one who made sure we crossed t's and dotted all i's on every docusign along the way. WHAT A TEAM! We were very happy with the guidance that they provided for preparing the home, pricing and ultimately analysis of the multiple offers that came in! They are white glove all the way!

Different team members have specific responsibilities such as:Property management, marketing, staging, and negotiation.All during the selling process I was impressed by their professionalism and the specific abilities they brought to the whole process, especially their ability to communicate with us the clients. My mother's home was an iconic, historic house in the area and needed specific experience to be successfully marketed, which Tim and his team brought to the table.

I have only the highest praise for Billy Schmidt. I worked closely with him in writing up, presenting and staging the house for sale. Together with photographers, he orchestrated an elegant marketing presentation displaying the salient features of the house’s interior, exterior and seascape that I think was pivotal in attracting the young buyers who ultimately bought the house. His written description of the house was masterful. During the sales process he was a charm to work with routinely going the extra mile to recall photographers and even redoing the brochure several times to optimize the presentation on Zillow. In particular, he was quick to recognize the appearance of an important concept and prepare an entirely new photograph in order to enhance the house’s appeal to buyers. His initiative in shooting a panoramic view of the house exterior as it faced the ocean was especially memorable. I believe his work was a key factor in enabling the sale. We are so very grateful to Bonnie Archer for her magnificent efforts in helping to prepare the house for showing. She skillfully guided us in making all the key moves required to bring the house into condition for showing. There is no doubt that following her advice to the letter was instrumental in attracting the buyers to the house. She skillfully built on the existing pieces to enhance its presentation without making wholesale changes. She even returned several times after her initial visit to help us enhance the attractiveness of the interior and the garden patio. She was also there for us when my wife suffered injuries to both knees after falling in the house. She is masterful at what she does carrying forth with charm and grace second to none. She was an absolute joy to work with. We shall never forget her loving efforts and remain deeply grateful that you sent her to us.Mark Lord displayed comprehensive knowledge of his trade that enabled him to guide us through every phase of the selling process. His advice was invariably correct. He was particularly effective in communicating with the buyers’ agent on our behalf, working through negotiations and explaining the technical details of inspections. His background in contracting and building structure was especially noteworthy as well as his access to a broad cadre of established vendors needed to make necessary repairs. We greatly appreciated his initiative in recruiting a team to protect the roof from further rain damage after a large repair while going the extra mile to clean the house and help retrieve a key glass table top we inadvertently left behind. We are greatly appreciative and wish to thank you all for your superb efforts.
