I recently purchased in Monterey and Sigi did a great job helping me. He was referred to me after I found a property online and requested more information. He was quick to contact me, and I would normally be skeptical to use an agent for a big purchase that wasn't referred to me by friends or family. However, Sigi's professional and easy going manner made him easy to work with, and I very quickly determined he was trustworthy, competent, and would represent me well. I had purchased and sold a home about 20 years ago, so I felt like I still had a basic understanding of the home buying process, but I definitely am no expert. Sigi was able to work with me, answer my questions, and explain some things that were not part of my last home buying experience. He worked our contract diligently, was quick to answer my calls, and made me feel like I had a Pro on my side. I'd happily work with Sigi again and recommend him fully.

Sigifredo Ponce sold our property in Salinas for us. My husband and I are elderly and we had discussed selling the property before but we were not looking forward to making trips to Salinas in order to do so. Sigifredo assured us that a trip to Salinas was not going to be necessary. At one point I even told him it had to be easy for us because I did not think I was responsible enough to do what was necessary to sell the property. He told us it would be easy and he would take care of everything. He sold our property, he made it easy and he took care of everything! I have a difficult personality and Sigifredo had no problem with me. He will go to heaven just for putting up with me and I am grateful for his professional services. My husband and I are now officially retired and Sigifredo Ponce made it happen for us. Thank you for making it easy for us!
