Scott was attentive, understanding, and very informative during the whole process of me selling my home. This was the second time I had used him for a real estate transaction, and I could not be more satisfied with the respectful honest service he provided me. Scott held himself in the most professional manner during the whole process answering all questions that I had.

Scott sold two properties for me in a very short time. One, my primary residence and second one a rental house. They required very different handling and Scott handled them expertly. Gave me the proper advice and sold the two properties quickly. Very happy with his work.

Scott did an amazing job in selling our home! He knew more about the market, details of the neighborhood, our specific model, what needs to be done to get it ready and how to list it than I could have imagined. And, he made it feel so easy! He also has connections to people and services available on short notice should you need help with anything related to selling, moving, etc. Hire Scott. It will be one of the best decisions you ever make.

Scott was excellent to work with. One of the first questions he asked us was what he could do to help us. We needed help with bringing in people to make some minor repairs and couldn’t get anybody that would be willing to come in and do the repairs. Scott made some calls and had repair people in within a day. He also said he’d be willing to help us do any moving that we needed and anything else that was necessary to help us with the moving process. I can’t say enough about how much this meant to us and how it helped us sell our property. The difference between Scott and the other realtors that we looked at was his willingness to do anything to help us sell the house and to make our move as easy as possible. We would definitely recommend Scott to anybody needing to sell or buy a property in the River Road/ Salinas area.

Scott expertly knew the market conditions and was able to anticipate and set expectations for any hurdles along the way. He went above and beyond in helping us as we uncovered some abnormal damages. His network of trades people saved the day a few times through the purchase window and beyond. He is honerable, trustworthy and down to earth and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

When we decided to sell our house we knew that Scott Craig was the right person to do it. Scott has has been our long time neighbor who knows the Las Palmas and River Road area well. He is also very active in the local community and easy to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way and answered any and all questions that we had. He was a pleasure to work with.

We first met Scott after interviewing a number of strong realtors. What stood out was his knowledge, passion, and confidence. Scott had sold over 110 homes in our neighborhood and totally understood the market. He took time to invite other realtors to our home to validate pricing assumptions. He is easy to work with, very responsive and communicative. His focus and ability to achieve results is unmatched.We decided to sell our home at the height of the Corona-virus Pandemic since it happened to coincide with our retirement and we wanted to make a major move to a new location. We were unsure whether it was even possible to sell our home given the challenges that Covid-19 presented in the February - April of 2020 time frame. Scott quickly made the impossible possible. Within two weeks, he sold our home almost at asking price. This was a feat within itself especially since there were shelter in place orders intermittently preventing our home from being shown and no open houses allowed. Nothing got in Scott's way. He navigated all if it to make the sale happen. A couple of weeks later, our buyers had to cancel their purchase due to a contingent sale not closing for them. Scott persisted and the same buyers returned about two weeks later and bought our home and it closed!At the same time we were selling our home, we were seeking to buy a home, first in Malibu and then we finally bought one in Sausalito. While it was not required or expected, Scott went the extra mile for us. He found us an excellent realtor in Malibu and helped assure we received the proper support throughout our home buying process. There were several acts of very high integrity that Scott exhibited throughout the sales process. When we selected Scott to sell our house, we had not idea that his integrity matched his high level of knowledge and skills as a realtor. All I can tell you is that Scott is a special guy and places his priority on doing the right thing first, always.Scott far exceeded our expectations and, if you are lucky enough to have Scott sell your home and / or assist you in buying one, my advice is simple: "Do it!". Great guy, great realtor!
