Can't speak highly enough of James, Jessica, and everyone behind the scenes at the Krickeberg Group. James is ON IT! Always! He is very responsive to calls/texts at any time of the day, any day of the week. Seriously -- whenever you contact him, he'll answer super quick. This was my first time buying a home, and he was more than helpful in answering ALL of my questions. I'm sure some of my questions were very "beginner" but he always answered them in detail and never made me feel dumb for asking. While touring homes, he was very knowledgeable in pointing out things that could be of concern (and likewise, things that were perks) -- things that you wouldn't automatically just know (especially as a first time buyer). Always prompt and on time. He even got me into a showing pretty last minute which ended up being the home I purchased! During the purchase process, he went above and beyond checking in with me or the various contractors and the selling agent. I truly feel like he had my back the entire time! Jessica was incredibly helpful and her email communications were clear and organized. Closing was a breeze and James/Jessica stopped in to walk me through what was happening (as well as just to say hello). I couldn't be more happy with my experience with James, Jessica, and the team! If I ever move or look into future property purchases, I will ONLY look to James for help. Whether you're a first time buyer or have purchased properties a hundred times, James is your guy for all things real estate.
