Traci Locke was our local realtor in Jacksonville, NC. Since we hadn’t yet moved from New Jersey, our original contact was thru e-mails. When I traveled to NC, Traci was right on top of helping us find our new home. Every question was answered thoroughly and when she needed to get additional information to us it was done quickly. I am so happy she was in the model home two years ago when I started my home buying journey. She was with me every step of the way!! I am a first-time home buyer and she made this process so easy for me. She calmed me down during the stressful moments and celebrated the wins with me! I just love love love her! She works tremendously hard and loves all her customers! She is never pushy and is very patient!! She kept me in the know and answered all my questions! We worked with Traci for over a year. She was patient throughout the selection of our plot, our model, and ALL of the upgrades we requested. Traci was responsive and quick with providing answers to our questions or reassuring whenever we had concerns. Having her as our agent made the home building/buying experience very easy and pleasant.Traci Locke is honest, hardworking, and I would seek her out if we were to need an agent in the future!

Traci Locke was our agent and helped us throughout the process of buying a new build - something we had not done before. She helped us with any builder issues and any concerns and made sure the process went as,smoothly as it can. We had the added stress of closing during covid so we appreciated that all the advice she had. If we sell we will be calling her!

We knew we wanted to move out of state and eastern North Carolina was the perfect fit! We just needed a realtor! Zillow suggested Lee and Traci and from the first phone call we knew it was a perfect fit! Lee took the time to FaceTime us from potential properties since we were out of state! We found the right one with his and Traci’s help! We made an offer right away! Covid slowed things down on our sale of our home In Tennessee and they stuck by us and helped us out anyway they could with the one here! While in contract there was a tornado that had hit the town and Lee went out the same day and did a walk thru for us to make sure there was no damage, even sending me pictures! The effort they both put into our home was unmatched! I got to know Traci and we talk often! They always check on us to see how we are Adjusting to eastern North Carolina life! If we find ourselves moving we will absolutely use Lee and Traci again! They make the best team and compliment eachother so very well and that’s so hard to find these days! They handled everything that came up on our end! Made the process so simple even during a pandemic! I will always recommend Lee & Traci Locke!
