Jess was fantastic from day one. Buying our home remotely, she was very accommodating, going on tours, sending videos, and giving feedback on homes. When we were in town, Jess worked with our schedule to show us the homes we were interested in and suggested others that might be a good fit. Jess’ experience was invaluable. She gave us pointers and caught details that might have long term impacts. We quickly learned we could trust her insights and felt secure in her assessments of homes. Let’s start with the founder and namesake of the Company, there aren’t enough wonderful things to say about Suzanne. She’s people and business savy, agile, and has the patience and fortitude of none I’ve ever met. The team she’s formed are lively, fun, engaged and committed to creating a fantastic experience for you the buyer or seller (they were there for both for me). Suzanne and Company know the tips and tricks but fly straight as an arrow. The company also are highly community focused, creating events straight out of a Hallmark movie! I’m proud and honored to have worked with Suzanne and Company and will always use their help in any Real Estate ventures I have. Suzanne and Company, thank you for making my dream a reality!!

Suzanne and the entire Compass team were so professional and on top of everything we needed to do. We were very nervous about both selling and buying and Suzanne and her team took care of everything. We listed our home on September 10, 2025 and closed on October 15, 2025.Suzanne helped us find the perfect home, exactly what we stated we wanted in location, size, open concept, square footage and primary bedroom on the first floor. We closed on November 7, 2025. Suzanne & Co sold our home and found us a perfect new home all in less than 2 months. I can't say enough about how great they were to work with.

Outstanding experience -- It wasn’t easy to make the decision to sell our historic family home of 38 years to move out of state to be near our grandchildren. However, working with Suzanne & Co. was the silver lining of an otherwise daunting transition. We had complete confidence in Suzanne — from the very beginning we knew by her excellent reputation that her company would be a good and reliable agency. She was even more effective than we would have dreamed: very accessible, seasoned with wisdom and understanding of the market, able to give expert guidance with decision making. She was constantly positive and encouraging, tactful and results oriented, and was remarkable at connecting with us on short notice. She has assembled an excellent team that customized their approach for our perspective and wishes. They saw us through from beginning to end. Suzanne went the extra mile to solve issues when we were out of town and unable to troubleshoot home crises during winter storms, by stepping in and expediting solutions. Through working with Suzanne & Co., we had immediate access to their excellent network of repairmen and service providers, who rallied to us promptly because of their admiration and loyalty of her. We worked with Melissa within Suzanne and Co and could not have had a better experience. Everything was excellent from the initial browsing stage to final closing.
