mr ladner is a complete real estate professional. He has knowledge as to what makes a property special to a prospective buyer. He has a great team of people in his office. he coordinates the total sale from meeting the seller, seeing what needs to be done to freshen up the property, marketing the property, and down to pictures and finally the open house. Beginning in January of 2025, we met at the property to evaluate what was needed. I had a Budget to spruce up the house and Dave worked with that budget. we made improvements to make the property more attractive. Those improvements took time and in 3 months we were ready to put our home on the market. we carefully planned the open house according to Dave's calendar so not to conflict with Easter or school vacation. He had the perfect plan and the property that we thought would fetch $575,000 was listed for Sale at $675,000. His marketing expert were correct, the open house over 2 days had 75 couples. we had multiple offers. The final sale price was $810,000 . Imagine approx $130,000 over the asking price That was phenomenal to us
