I would highly recommend David Ladner as a realtor. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. It had been many years since I last sold a home, but David explained every step of the process with ease and sold our house quickly. I felt very comfortable working with him, and I am so glad we chose the right person to sell our house!

I had the pleasure of working with David Ladner. I did extensive research on local real estate agents for multi family property sales with good results. I interviewed a couple people and David was really stand out. I was looking for an agent who could recommend and help manage cosmetic updates to increase my property value to maximize my sales price. He did exactly that, which made this otherwise difficult task much more manageable. He had contacts for everything: handyman, tile, reglazing, cleaning, landscaping, fire certification. It just made the process that much more smooth. On top of that he is couteous and responsive and able to work around indivual needs. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with David and his team and wouldnt have done anything differently.

David made the home buying process straightforward and smooth for us as first time home buyers. He was there with us every step of the way and explained all of the details. The software he uses sends listings that fit your criteria to your inbox every morning so you never miss a property you might be interested in. He is always a text or phone call away if you have any questions. He gets each step of the process rolling right away and is often one step ahead, so you are never left waiting or wondering. David is passionate about what he does and it shows in the great care he takes in his work. All of the professionals he recommended, from the inspector to the lawyer were great to work with as well. David was phenomenal during every step of the process. This was my first time selling a property and he clearly and concisely explained every step. He was very helpful in dealing with some difficult third parties and made the entire experience as easy as it could be, including providing recommendations for repairs and solid contractors who did a great job. mr ladner is a complete real estate professional. He has knowledge as to what makes a property special to a prospective buyer. He has a great team of people in his office. he coordinates the total sale from meeting the seller, seeing what needs to be done to freshen up the property, marketing the property, and down to pictures and finally the open house. Beginning in January of 2025, we met at the property to evaluate what was needed. I had a Budget to spruce up the house and Dave worked with that budget. we made improvements to make the property more attractive. Those improvements took time and in 3 months we were ready to put our home on the market. we carefully planned the open house according to Dave's calendar so not to conflict with Easter or school vacation. He had the perfect plan and the property that we thought would fetch $575,000 was listed for Sale at $675,000. His marketing expert were correct, the open house over 2 days had 75 couples. we had multiple offers. The final sale price was $810,000 . Imagine approx $130,000 over the asking price That was phenomenal to us
