Susanne makes one of the most stressful times in your life actually fun! That is, buying or selling a home. You know you’re in good hands from the very start. She knows all the reputable people in her area, surrounds herself with good people and will work tirelessly for you as if you’re her only customer. Everyone loves and respects this lady, and for good reason!

She did an amazing job!! At first we did not stage but then after sitting on the market for a few weeks she came in did her magic had another showing and guess what we went under contract!!! She was very helpful and knowledgeable!! Could not have asked for better!! She know what she is doing!!

Susanne is by far the best realtor out there. She had a buyer on our house the same day that she listed it. I highly recommend Exit Realty. We will definitely use her again, if we ever decide to sell.

Be very careful. I've been very patient with no returns.I was recommended Susanne by my aunt. She seemed to really like her and just loved the baskets Susanne would give out after a sale. By the time my closing was over and i was signing the papers i had a net-zero appetite.I arrived at my final walk-through before the closing to a complete disregard for the home I was buying. The previous owners left me broken furniture, utilities (refrigerator and A/C), an overgrown lawn, and the rooms were torn apart with scuffs and torn door frames from their move. Susanne chopped it up to "this is how it is for buyers right now." Which, in fairness, is probably true unfortunately. But, I kinda just wished i had an agent on my side to fight for me...not roll over immediately without offering any advice or other options for me as a buyer. I felt funneled into a situation by all parties and no one actually cared if I was happy with my purchase. I felt like i was just another sucker who stumbled into a bad market.Fast forward to signing. I wasn't sure if i wanted to, but Sussane gave me confirmation before I walked in that her and her team would at least fix the doors. Between this affirmation and the nature of the housing market in spring 2022, I decided to go through with it. I didn't really feel like I had any options, because i didn't really have anyone advising me of any. Communication with Susanne mostly, for me, consisted of many incoherent text messages that would often leave me thoroughly confused. Most of the time i would just need to call her to understand what she was trying to type out.This did not help when Susanne's team never came to fix the doors. So i had to repeatedly keep texting and reminding her and her team of the obligation she made. After many reminding texts and a month or two later she finally came by after i had already moved in and made a few quick and easy fixes, but left the giant hole in the door frame untouched (the not so easy part). I kept texting, creating calendar events to remind me to text them every so often to try and get it done, but im done with that. I'ts been exhausting and i feel like a pest. I don't expect it to ever happen after this review is posted.EDIT:Susanne did call me shortly after posting my review and resolved the most important grievances. Adjusted stars to balance that.

4/11/2021I highly recommend Susanne Zimbelman. She has been my broker for the sale of three properties in the Montgomery area. She never fails to call back and to give good or bad news and her professional opinion. She does an exceptional job of "staging" a home and finding the right balance between maximizing the sale price and obtaining a sale within a satisfactory time. Susanne has excellent decorating taste exemplified by the stove and tile she shopped for on my behalf. She knows numerous honest and professional contractors. Since I no longer live in Montgomery, I have had to rely on her supervising various contractors making the home more marketable. She did so in a remarkable way which resulted in getting multiple offers on the first day followed by a rapid closing.You will be very pleased with your choice.
