Steven was incredibly professional and helpful. He was always available to answer questions, didn't feel pushy or rushing at all, and was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I would get a nice place. Due to my situation, I couldn't be present during some of the home inspections and walk-throughs, but Steven would always go through the place before getting on video call, finding and pointing out anything that I may want to know. He was always helpful while I asked many questions as a first time home buyer and very accommodating for what I needed. I'd reccomend him as a realtor for any home purchases in the area!

Steven is without a doubt the BEST Realtor I have ever used. The rating system only goes to 5 stars but Steven actually exceeded 5 stars. My home had been a rental for a number of years and it was now time to sell. I knew my home needed quite a bit of updating and repairing. And I currently live in another state. I prepared myself to have to travel back and forth a couple of times to make sure everything would be handled properly. However, Steven convinced me he would handled EVERYTHING!! And was he right. He oversaw the complete renovation of my home including new roof, HVAC system, flooring, painting, countertops, wood repair, demolition of an add on, landscaping, etc. And he did it all without me ever having to physically come visit my home in person. Steven coordinated every aspect with the appropriate contractors and my home looked immaculate at completion. He had the best preparation, communication and follow up skills I have ever seen. Steven listed my home above what I initially thought it would sell for. He used a professional photographer for the interior and drone photography. He also had a Home Information Booklet prepared which he left on the kitchen counter that answered every question about anything and everything to do with my home. Also included was an online 3D tour and digital floorplan. My home was at the top of search engines when I viewed it. I actually received a contract the second day my home was on the market. That buyer had to withdraw their offer for financial reasons but Steven secured a second contract days later. I closed on my home 38 days after it was listed which included the days needed for the buyers loan to be processed. Steven’s negotiation skills earned me thousands of dollars more than I was expecting and I couldn’t have found a more detailed oriented Realtor. He was always available to take my calls. If ever anyone needs the BEST Realtor to list their home Steven is the one to call. I have no reservation with saying he is the BEST Realtor you can hire for your real estates needs.
