Helped me buy home • 2019

Sue was my agent when I was looking to buy a home. She's very personable and understood what I was looking for in a home. She was very responsive and was able to bring her negotiating skills to the table when needed to get the deal closed in my favor. I would highly recommend her as an agent as she will do her best to make sure you are taken care of with your best interests at heart.

Listed and sold a home • 2019

I cannot recommend Sue Larson more highly as a realtor. She was very knowledgeable about the market and gave us honest and straightforward advice about selling our home in East Corning. Since we had to relocate prior to our house being sold, Sue was instrumental in helping us to finalize the details in getting our house ready for sale. She was at the house to let in cleaners and painters...she even staged the house herself. Since we had relocated out of state, it gave us such peace of mind to know that Sue was nearby in case there were issues that needed to be addressed at the house; we knew she would be ready and willing to take care of everything. Sue went above and beyond to publicize and show our home to other realtors and potential buyers and I totally credit her for getting our house sold. Given the challenging market and the fact that it was the depths of a Corning winter, the time from listing to sale was relatively short, and it freed us to seriously househunt in our new locale with less anxiety. We are so grateful for Sue's commitment and professionalism as well for her kindness and support. Thank you, Sue...we couldn't have done it without you!!
