We LOVE Nick and Kasey! They went above and beyond to find what we were looking for!! No matter how many houses we made them bring us to, they didn’t give up on us EVERYTIME we said no! We finally found our DREAM home and sold our old house at the same time and they made it so easy for us! We could not have found better people to take us through this journey! They both have all the experience you will need!They are the hardest working, kindest, most compatible people in their line of work! We found out we needed a railing on the outdoor steps to sell our old house and Nick was there the next day putting it up for us without any request! They donate leg work in so many ways!! There was a time that we wanted to see a home but timing didn’t work out for Kasey so Nick showed up without any question! Their dedication is amazing! They are also the information super source! Any questions we had before, during, and after…they helped us navigate the process! If you are looking for a realtor (or two) choose them!!! It’s no small thing to trust someone to do business with, especially as big as buying a house. Don’t worry, they will find a way to hand you the key!

Kasey is a top notch realtor and I highly recommend her! She was very patient with me as I knew exactly what I wanted and where I wanted it. Her goal was for me to find my forever home at a price I was comfortable with. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy to get the sale done. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful when the closing date continued to get pushed back. She is attentive and so much fun to work with. I know we will remain friends! Her partner, Nick, showed me some houses, too, and he was just as easy to work with. If you are in need of a realtor, Kasey is the best around!

I cannot possibly recommend Kasey and Nick enough. They are both kind, patient, caring, and were unbelievably helpful throughout the entire process of both selling our current home and buying a new home. They were more than willing to deal with our constant questions and badgering, and never made us feel like an inconvenience at any point in the process. Working with Nick and Kasey on finding and purchasing our home was a great experience. We started looking for a house a few months ago, and after we met a couple of other agents through showings and open houses, we came across Nick at an open house. Unlike the others, Nick seemed to have a better grasp at gauging our personal desired level of input and involvement, not pushy but not disengaged. Nick was our primary contact for seeing houses as we shopped around from them on. The current market situation seems to be a shortage of houses similar to what we were looking for. Anything that came on the market that we liked before we started working with Nick was gone within a week. During the process of seeing dozens of houses, from Painted Post and Corning to Horseheads and Elmira, meeting up with Nick became a weekly and sometimes daily occurrence. Our kids would get so excited to see Nick and loved having him show us houses. Nick and Kasey also put together a nice client appreciation event at an animal park that we attended and our kids loved. We eventually found a house that met our needs. Because of Nick, we were able to be one of the first potential buyers to look at the house we eventually purchased. It was on the market less than a week and we had our offer in as soon as we gave him the word. From our first meeting to closing I applaud Nick for his continued patience and friendly disposition. The day we closed and got our keys, we went over to our new house for the first time and our three-year old said “Where’s Nick?” and was sad to hear that he was not going to be showing us houses anymore. Thank you Nick and Kasey, we will always keep you in mind for any future real estate transactions

Nick and Kasey are AMAZING to work with. With our growing family and job relocation, we purchased our second home from them. They both are very knowledgeable about the area and fare prices for houses. We were in a hurry to find a place and they were very accommodating with out short time schedule and needs. They went above and beyond for us which we did not expect. They are wonderful Realitors to work with and we will definitely be using them for any and all of our reality needs. We highly highly recommend them!

We found Kasey when we looked at a home on a whim in which she was the sellers agent. Of. We hadn’t officially started looking to buy a home and didn’t even have a realtor yet. Fast forward to a few months later, we chose her as our buyers agent because of the impression she left on us. She was attentive to our wants and needs and helped us find the perfect home for us! Kasey was there for us every step of the way during the whole process. She was always available to answer our questions and was flexible with working around our schedules. We also had a fun time with her looking at homes! She helped us negotiate a deal that we were very comfortable with. Our closing took longer than expected and she was always in contact with me and the attorneys office to give me updates on the timeline. I would definitely recommend her for anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!
