Tori Thompson and The Steve Nash Team made the process of purchasing my first home such an incredible experience from start to finish. As a first-time homebuyer, I naturally had a lot of questions and moments where the process felt overwhelming, but Tori was absolutely phenomenal every step of the way.She was consistently proactive, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire journey. I never once felt like I was left in the dark or needed to chase anyone down for updates. In fact, most of the time Tori was already reaching out to me with updates before I even had the chance to follow up myself. That level of attentiveness and professionalism meant more than I can properly put into words during such a major life milestone.What stood out most to me was how genuinely available and invested she was throughout the process. No matter what questions or concerns I had, she always made time to help, explain things thoroughly, and reassure me when needed. Tori Thompson and The Steve Nash Team were AMAZING to work with! We just closed today on our house in TN and have started moving from Wisconsin. Tori was available for an unexpected day of showings and then a full weekend of showings as we are relocating. She was insightful, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Whenever we had a question, she got back to us quickly! Tori made finding a house from 10 hours away a breeze! We have already recommended her to our son!

Tori Thompson and the Steve Nash team were incredible to work with! Tori was patient and understanding of this being my first home purchase and guided me through the process with ease. She provided me with an array of options of homes to view with my criteria, and always made herself easily accessible for viewings and was sure to make it work around my own work schedule. Through the multitude of documents to sign she clearly explained the purpose of them all and always helped me to weigh my options. If you are looking to purchase a home, Tori should absolutely be the one to turn to and I cannot recommend her enough!

Steve and his team were absolutely fantastic! We had our initial consult and was blown away at how professional and personable they are. We knew we didn't have to look any further for our realtor. ABSOLUTELY LOVE SARAH!!! She stayed with us through our battle to find a home and made it feel more like a pillow fight. She is very professional and very friendly/ welcoming! She will give you all the time you need to make decisions and very open to show you houses on your time. She was AMAZING
