Kyla and her team are absolutely amazing! She helped my family make the move from Montana to Tennessee. We were nervous about moving to an area we didn’t know much about and Kyla truly treated us like family. She was always readily available for my long list of questions, extremely knowledgeable about the area, and gave an honest assessment when asked about the market and giving us virtual tours. She wasn’t going to sell us on just any home and she has a passion for helping people find the right fit for them even if it takes a little bit more time. She even helped my husband get connected with his new boss and we have her to thank for his awesome new job. I would recommend Kyla to anyone!

We loved working with Kyla! She was incredibly easy to communicate with and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Going into the market, we were worried about how quickly our house would sell and whether we’d get the price we were hoping for, but Kyla made it happen.One thing that really set her apart was the network of trusted professionals she provided, including a photographer, house cleaner, and handyman. Kyla played the role of a dual agent on a VA assumable loan property in KY. We were treated like family from the get go and she had our best interests at heart through the whole process. She was ha ds on and tackled every hurdle like we were her only client. Very responsive, very knowledgeable about the whole loan assumption. She made sure we understood every aspect of our unique process with top notch communication every step of the way. We sold our home at a very pleasing price, only because of Kyla and her team in our corner fighting for us shoulder to shoulder the whole time. We called her months before we thought we were ready in order to ask questions and get advice on what would help us get it noticed and sold well. Her honest advice and ideas gave us such a running start! She had super helpful suggestions along with SO many contacts due to her long history of great networking in the community. We chose to do much of the work ourselves, but all the hired in projects quoted fair prices and accomplished the work in record time! Every single person who came to work on our home was kind, respectful, and highly skilled. We had no doubt they would be, because her team dropped in to check on things and they had a sure finger on the pulse of the tasks being accomplished. Kelsey even pointed out a few extra requests while she was popping in, and they were taken care of as well. We ended up moving to another state as the house was listed, but we had zero worries since Kyla’s team staged our home and advertised it in numerous outlets. They made sure the pipes were checked on through bad winter weather and even handled helping us get the lawn mowed as Spring began. The entire closing process was seamless and she walked us through a long distance closing every step of the way. I would recommend this this agent to anyone because she is like the velvet hammer. She will go after the best price for you voraciously, and do it with such smooth grace that everyone is still quite happy at closing. She’s not waiting for you to ask what is next; she’s already thinking about the next few steps and gently asking when you are ready to move on. We will be grateful to Kyla, Kelsey, and her team the rest of our lives for helping this daunting task feel like something we’ve done a million times. Call her!!

If you’re scrolling Zillow, you’ll get flooded with people trying to make a buck.Ignore them all and use Kyla. Any charlatan will hate to see her coming. And based on my experience, she and Kelsey can save you tens of thousands of dollars as they truly fight for your best interests. Because opportunistic players only multiply as you get further into the process. In other words, you need this team in your corner. Their knowledge, work ethic, and transparent communication are on another level. They are proactive and fully invested from start to finish (which for us was a long time). And all while being nice, normal people. We will never use or recommend anyone else.

It was a pleasure working with Kyla to navigate a long distance purchase of a house. I lived 500 miles from the area I wanted to move to but she helped in many ways in trying to locate the perfect house for me. She also made the final closing easier and convenient so I could get the utilities transferred to my name quickly. All in all I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

You've never met a realtor until you met Kyla. Amazing is understatement. The second you tell her you want to sell, she is already working to get your house sold. I was overseas on vacation for weeks and she took care of everything, making the process seamless. In this market, I totally expected my house to sell in months, but to get multiple offers and a full price contract in days was astonishing. She will put in overtime to make sure your house stands out amongst the rest. I can't thank her enoughfor all the work she has done.

Kyla is the most amazing realtor I have ever worked with, she helped us sell our home and made us feel like we were her most important clients.
