Courtney was with us for literal months touring multiple homes all over Clarksville. She was extremely responsive to all our requests, even when some were last minute. Making the huge decision to move out of state from New York to Tennessee to give my children a better future and life I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Cristen was knowledgeable, knew the area and guided us every step of this process. I was able to buy and build my dream home all while living in a different state that I have never even been to with the trust of Cristen help. Every step of the way Cristen was there for us. She would check on the house for us. She would take pictures of the home for us and keep me updated with the whole process. My wife and I couldn’t be happier that we met Cristen Bell. From day 1 she was eager to learn about our needs and help us find our new home. With all the challenges we faced moving across the country to a new and unfamiliar area., she had and shared not only information but her personal contacts with us along the way.., inspector, contractors, power and cable companies and all the things you don’t think about until you’re in the middle of buying a new home! Cristen really lived up to the comments of her previous clients that I read before hiring her. I was nervous going into the sale of my house, as my situation prevented me from being in town during the preparation and sale of my rental property. She had to do pretty much everything. She proved to be very outgoing and self motivated. She adapted to my unique needs, and was always open to my thoughts and ideas. She also made good decisions to the many areas of discretion that I gave her. Very responsible and reasonable. This was the first time I've ever sold a house, and she guided me through the process with understanding and empathy.
