Steve has shown me homes for investment purposes. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I am also deciding between renting out my current home or listing it and he has given me a lot of information for both options. Specifically what rent I could expect verses what sell price I would expect and what repairs he would recommend for either.

I was overly impressed with his knowledge, not only with all the areas of town, but with the homes themselves. He did a great job finding houses that were in line with what I wanted. The process was very smooth, and all in all very enjoyable. Will use him again and recommend him to friends and family.
