Christy Needles has done an exemplary job helping find properties for me to build on. Said she stays on top of every single new listing and sends them to me as soon as they hit the MLS. I truly treasure communication and she stays on top of it. No wonder her team is in the top half percent Nationwide. If you need a good realtor I would call Christy Needles.

Outstanding job. I would recommend her anytime of the day. Darcie Campbell was awesome! I was buying from out of State (Colorado) and she toured a home I was interested in on short notice, took pictures of potential problem areas and did an amazing job of communicating with me. She provided me with useful resources such as community crime map to see where there were higher crime areas, and when I flew into Wichita to tour homes, she blocked out several days for me and was efficient and helpful in figuring out the best way to see all the houses I was interested in. I found my home on the second day and again, she was efficient and helpful in getting an inspection set up and ensuring everything moved forward in a timely manner. 10/10 will use her again when I go to sell in a few years! Really appreciated her humor and straightforwardness!

It was wonderful to work with Steve from this team. Responsive and knowledgeable. He was always quick with answers to questions and was very helpful in explaining parts of the process that I didn't know about.He made the process as easy as I imagine it can be. I will definitely be keeping them in mind for my next home purchase/sale.
