Was purchasing one of her properties. Submitted offer, it was accepted and then refused to sell to a family. Only wanted to sell to an investor. We walked away. Then, 3 weeks later she contacted my realtor ready to accept our loan type & offer. We submitted a new offer and she was discussing details. After we had to follow up, she said it must be a cash offer. Why jerk around a family looking for a home that has secured financing?

Marti was a breath of fresh air. Words can't express how grateful we were to have had her both to sell our house and there (every step, email, hurtle, and inspection) for the purchase of our new house. We needed to sell our home but had no clue where to start, what to fix up, what to leave alone, etc. It was overwhelming. After 12 years we outgrew our home and honestly, the house was a little lacking. Marti came in, gave us amazing advice and gave us the time to make the changes. She started sending clients to drive by the house to look at the house. She has so many clients (which works so well in the seller's favor!) The first day we had viewings, the next weekend we had an open house - and our house was sold! It was amazing! So fast! We found our dream home and Marti made that happen too. I loved her honestly and how real she was through the entire process. She's 100 percent matter of fact and will be you're biggest advocate. Not to bad mouth our new house, but the seller was awful. Marti was there for all of it, even at 9 and 10 at night, emailing / calling / texting to push and negotiate. I can't imagine what it would have been like without her- and I recommend you invite her in on your journey. You're going to love her and the success she brings.

We recently sold our property with Marti Vo as our listing Agent. We had interviewed several realtors to identify the one we thought would best fit our needs. Marti became our top candidate. Her local area expertise, past home sales experience and recommendations from others were major factors in her selection. Marti's experience and negotiating skills allowed her to be confident that we would get the higher asking price that she said we should be able to get from the market. Marti's price point suggestion was several thousand higher than some of the other realtors that we had interviewed were suggesting. With that said, Marti was able to get the attention to our property that allowed (2) full price offers within a few days hitting the market. Marti's personal drive, experience, availability to us when needed and attention to detail were very impressive to us as sellers. I would strongly recommend Marti to others and would definitely hire her again in the future.

Marti is very professional, thurough and knowledgable about the entire process. She was very responsive to my calls and questions. I would highly recommend her.We needed to sell our place fast while getting a good and fair price. Some of the other realators I checked with wanted the asking price to be lower by several thousand dollars. She stuck to her instincts and experience and we got the higher price. I believe our asking was the highest in the neighborhood of anything on the market or recently sold. We got our asking price on the first offer. There were others with full asking price offers as well. Marti will work hard for you as well.
