Shane is so very professional and an expert in real estate both residential and commercial in his geographic areas. He has a wealth of knowledge in every aspect, i.e. facilitating tax lot splitting for a newly built duplex including the separation of legal descriptions in a timely manner, working out details when closing is delayed due to the other party so that no one is temporarily displaced, negotiating deals so that his represented party is thrilled with the deal, attention to detail such as setting up a new garage code immediately at possession, and just plain being kind, considerate and readily available to assist. Communication is fast and efficient and he uses technology to its fullest to make the deal stressless. He is a blessing at an otherwise stressful time when moving.
