What can I possibly say. I wish I could give more stars. My first go around attempting to sell my somewhat rural property with another agency was horrific. I felt like I was doing everything on my own with no confidence my previous agent could close a deal. I felt I was throwing my commission away as well, the previous agency had done worse than not earn my commission; they had cost me time and tens of thousands of dollars while I waited for them to ultimately fail closing a deal time and time again. After making a change to PEX Realty with Stephanie and Michelle my anxiety dropped to a zero. They went above and beyond in every way imaginable. They were able to get home back to market, close a deal (getting more money), and funded just after 30 days of delisting with them. It was a night and day difference. They handled EVERYTHING! Every attention to detail, working hard behind the scenes, and looking around every corner was what they brought to the table. If I had to do it all over I’d pick PEX Realty hands down. It would have saved me time, made me extra money, and saved me thousands! Trust them. They are pro’s, and unlike my previous agency and experience, I feel they earned every penny of their commission. I feel like I got the better deal. They have my full confidence and endorsement. They performed a miracle to me, but to them it was hard work, negotiations, mitigating problems, and pushing to get things over the finish line for me. A solid 5 stars is not quite good enough for the service, knowledge, understanding and love for your goals that you get from Stephanie and her team... they are truly amazing... I have used them for multiple transactions and would never use anyone else. They negotiated with the sellers on my purchase to get the best deal with optimum credit for repairs. They had great ideas and tips on how to navigate this whole process. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed
