I bought a home in November 2022 with Shawn and he was great throughout the entire process! As a first time home buyer myself, Shawn was able to answer every question I threw at him and was very knowledgeable at every stage. He knew the intricacies of each part of town I looked into and was always willing to make time for a tour or just a random call late into the evening. I can't express enough how incredibly competent and caring Shawn is! Shawn took hours of his time to explain, in great detail, all the relative nuances of buying my first house. He went above and beyond in so many ways to help us find a turn-key house that fit our budget and our goals, while also answering tons of questions and working out a fantastic deal.
