It was such a relief having Rebekah help me find a home! From the beginning she was polite and very motivated to get all my requests fulfilled. She was very communicative and explained things in a clear manner. There was nothing that I had to tell her twice. Overall I wish all realtors were like her. Rebekah is a great Realtor. She knows the market, gives solid advice after listening to your goals and needs as a client, and gets the job done! I think what sets Rebekah apart from previous realtors we have used is that she stays in contact keeping us updated on the market through a newsletter without any pressure. She helped us buy in a time the market was taking off and helped us be strategic when we realized jobs were taking us out of the area. I would highly recommend utilizing Rebekah for your buying or selling needs!

Rebekah not only provided excellence and confidence in her role as our realtor, but went above and beyond her role as our realtor to ensure our home sold. She navigated any challenges from potential buyers with swift action, and always kept us in the loop as to what was happening. She was truly invaluable in the selling of our home. As a realtor, she had multiple showings set up the day our listing went live(as well as multiple others throughout the weekend), and secured two offers out of three showings that first day. Highly recommend that you don't shop around for a realtor, but just hire Rebekah. She is truly the epitome of excellence in her role.

I've had family and friends rave about Rebekah. When we had the opportunity to work with her to sell our home and buy a new one, I found out why everyone raved about her. We highly recommend Rebekah and will use her again when we're ready to move again. We were impressed with her knowledge and information she provided to us. She was right on in her assessments on prices. Her experience was very evident and proved to be extremely helpful in navigating the real estate world. Selling a family home and buying a new one is quite stressful, but working with Rebekah made this an easier experience. We can't say enough good things about her!!

Throughout the entire process of selling our house, Rebekah was excellent. She was realistic and honest with us when we were deciding on an asking price for the house. Knowing the neighborhood as well as she does was extremely beneficial. She was also excellent in maintaining contact with us and was always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. A buyer and/or seller can't go wrong working with Rebekah.

Rebekah did a great job helping us sell our home. She was very quick to respond to questions we had, as well as on top of all of the details involved once we started negotiating with our buyer. One of the things we most appreciated about Rebekah was her honest assessment of our home as we were in the process of getting it listed. Her advice regarding simple things we could do to make our home more attractive to buyers was invaluable--in fact, we're convinced it was a primary reason our home sold so quickly!
