Working with Rachael, Tessa, and their team was incredible ~ from start to finish, they were truly amazing! They have a wonderful and rare combination of being impeccably professional and competent, while also always being kind, friendly, and approachable. They really listened to what mattered to me and added their unwavering expertise to the process. I was so overwhelmed with having to deal with the sale of my home on my own, but because of them I truly never felt like I was doing it on my own. Throughout the whole process, they offered a level of presence, support, and expertise that exceeded my expectations at every turn. I am deeply grateful to have worked with them.

Rachael is an experienced and expert realtor and we could not be more thankful for her. She found us our Lake Whatcom dream home off-market which enabled us purchase it before it went to market. She helped us navigate the process start to finish and inspired confidence when things didn't go as planned. Rachael was pivotal and proactive with the initial negotiations, the inspection due diligence (it is a complex property), and the final negotiations up to closing. Without Rachael, our childhood dream of living on Lake Whatcom would have been exponentially more difficult to achieve. If we could give her 10 stars we would. Thank you Rachael!!

This review is a bit late, but in a year of moving to another county, new jobs, a child's wedding, HS graduation, moving a child into their college dorm across the state and listing a home, I feel like I can finally breath for a moment and take the time this review deserves. First off, Rachael and Tessa, just a gigantic thank you. From day one, the amount of knowledge, grace, patience and guidance you both gave was more than we could have asked for. When people say that relators are like counselors, I couldn't agree more! Both Rachael and Tessa were there, seriously at anytime we had questions, which was more then not, no matter if it was a weekend, weeknight after hours or even if they were out of town, I always got a response. Our home needed a lot of small updates and Rachael was able to connect us with the right contractors that were in our budget to make our home just that much better. This home sale was so stressful for us as it was home that had been in the family for some time, and we were also on a contingency for the home we had an offer in on. They always made sure to keep the other listing agent updated on open houses, offers ect. At the end, they were able to sell our home and we were able to purchase our home we are in now. If anyone ever says they are even thinking of selling their home, I will always recommend Lilac Listings. Thank you Rachel and Tessa, and your whole team, again sorry for the late review :)

Rachael and Tessa were amazing from start to finish on the sale of our house. They were professional, resourceful, friendly and always answered our questions, no matter how complicated they were. We interviewed many agents, but something told us Lilac realty would be the best to handle the sale of our house. We can’t recommend them enough!We were out of state for the duration of the house listing and sale. (around four months). As stressful as it was, they kept our stress level to a minimum being that they handled everything.
