Chet and his team went above and beyond helping us to obtain our forever home. They are very knowledgable and skilled at navigating the market, clearly know all the right people, and all this while making us feel like good friends and a part of the team. Though we were living abroad during the entire process, Chet was able to help us feel confident that we had seen every part of the house and property, the feel of the neighborhood, the driving commute, etc. It was the next best thing to being there in person. Additionally, he helped us navigate a stressful multiple competing offer scenario successfully. We are sure we made the right decision in going with the Kenoyer's and can highly recommend them!

After interviewing several real estate agents to sell our home, we decided to work with the Kenoyer team to sell our Bellingham house. Both Chet and Gina began to work with us months before selling, making suggestions on fix ups, landscaping and painting that could increase the value of our home. Communication is very important to us, and we found that every question and phone call was returned quickly. We made a solid plan on when to list on MLS and when we finally went on the market, we were impressed by the tools they used to show the home at its best. They arranged professional photography, high end brochures, arranged for house cleaning and painters, and organized home staging. In 4 days, we received several offers above asking price and the team did a great job negotiating a smooth sale. We were really impressed working with the Kenoyers and am quite certain their years of experience and "family" team approach helped bring more and higher offers to the table.

I was recommended to Gina by a resident of Bellingham. I was moving from CA to WA and forced to deal with Gina from CA after meeting with her 1 time. She helped scout out places and went to 3 properties I saw and asked her to check out. Gina honored my requirements for a home while also making me aware of other options. She helped me when I placed a bid on a home without seeing it, and while that bid was outbid, we found the right home for me. Gina responded quickly to questions using text and phone. Gina was referred to us by our local Windermere agent and we could not have been any happier. She and her team were helpful in working with our schedules as we were not yet moved to Bellingham. She has good communication skills and had good insight as to which properties would work for us. She was instrumental in the negotiations and keeping a positive transaction. She also was super helpful in referring vendors to us for bids on future work. She and her family have grown up in the area so they have a lot of knowledge.
