Tyler is the best! He has walked me through 2 sales and two purchases and has gone above and beyond to make everything as painless as possible! We don’t know why it took me leaving my hometown for us to become friends! He’s always ready with a laugh and knows his stuff! There is a reason he’s a top producer! I’m so proud of Tyler and have enjoyed working with him!

My fiance and I bought a house from Tyler here recently. He was very respectful, knowledgable, and just an all around nice person. He made the 'stressful' buying process a very easy one for us first time home buyers. He also got us an awesome deal, so that made it even better! Tyler will do anything in his power to help you. We truely lucked up when we received Tyler as our realator, and I would recommend him to anyone who's looking to buy or sell their home.

Looked at three houses total. All three were great, he was able to gauge my budget and taste and put me on the right house within an hour. Knows the area and has great tastes. Didn't fool around trying to up-sale me. Was able to answer all my questions regarding the house and closed very quickly.

We gave Tyler a list of "wants" for our new home. He not only found several that fit what we said we were looking for, but some that he thought would be good fits for us. He sent online sites and took us to visit all that we were potentially interested in. He was just as diligent when selling our house. He helped us decide what needed to be done to make our old house sellable, and what would not increase the value for sale. He worked with our future buyers to get the best price possible. We appreciated the time and effort he spent to help us with our sale. He contacted us frequently throughout the process and we never felt "in the dark".

Tyler was the perfect match for us. He was dedicated to helping us in the home selling and buying process. I believe our home sold quick because of Tyler's effort in advertising on several websites and his knowledge of the real estate market. He understood our needs and helped us in the negotiation of our home purchase. Our lender was not exactly cooperative but Tyler was extremely patient and had our best interest. We are very satisfied with our new home and the way Tyler Wilhoit handled everything.

My husband and I were looking to buy and move into a home quickly, and had an idea of what we wanted. Tyler listened to what it is we were looking for, then did the research before showing us homes. We found a home that is perfect for us in no time at all! He is knowledgeable of the process, of the area, and of the pricing points of homes for sale. He is forth right about what a house has to offer (& it's down falls too). He is not at all pushy and makes you feel comfortable when looking at homes. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a home (or sell). We love our new home and have Tyler to thank for it!

I had moved to another state and needed to sell my house in NC. Tyler made the process so simple by utilizing email and technology that I only had to drive to NC for the closing day. He is an excellent realtor and I would recommend him to anyone needing to buy or sell a home.
