Phyllis was a lifesaver! My husband wanted a realtor and I didn't, but I'm so glad he convcinced me! Phyllis answered all of our questions, researched pricing for negotiations and just has an overall knowledge of the market and how to get her clients what they are looking for. She anwered calls and texts, oftentimes after hours. She treated us like we were her only client. We are so grateful to Phyllis for all she did for us and are so happy in our new home.
