If you're looking for a home I recommend Mark. He very knowledgeable about the homes he shows you and the area. And he is with you threw all the process and answers any question you have and if he doesn't know the answer he finds it for you.
Mark was great, I would recommend him to anyone. He was on top of everything that we asked. If you’re selling/buying a home I would use Mark. I wish we could have used him to buy our home in South Carolina.
Mark was very pushy throughout the entire process. I did not feel as if I could trust him. It seemed like all he cared about was getting the deal done. He is also a fairly new agent; therefore, there was a lot he did not know. I was forced to do a lot of my own homework. All in all, I wouldn't recommend him to represent you as a buyer. If he is representing a seller, it could be better.
