I have used Chad 2 times, once buying my home and the 2nd time selling my mother's house. He made everything so easy to understand by explaining every part of the process. He listened to what we had to say and always had a solution to any problem's encountered. I will use Chad again for any real estate needs in the future and will recommend him to all my friends !!!

Chad is the best!I had an incredible experience in finding and purchasing my home. Chad goes above and beyond for his clients. As a single mother of three children purchasing a home on my own for the first time was both exciting and intimidating. Chad made himself available for any questions and concerns that I had along the way and worked quickly to find the best place available for my little family. He is amazing at what he does and genuinely treats his clients with the care and concern that one would for their own family. I highly recommend his expertise!

Love Chad!! We’ve used him twice for buying and selling at the same time and he made it so easy! He was always available by email, text, or phone and very easy to talk to. Always kept us updated and was always looking out for our best interests. He is super knowledgeable and always gave great advice. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Definitely would recommend him for buying / selling ...hands down best agent!

Hours! Less than one day, literally hours, is how long it took to sell our home at list price. Chad Carroll’s expertise and dedication as our realtor made the difference. The time Chad took with us before to prepare our house to be on the market was essential. He was willing to meet us after hours or when we were available. We not only discussed the business side of selling a home but the simple things we could do present our house better to sellers. By the time we took professional photos of our house with a professional photographer he provided, we were confident our home was market ready.
