They made the selling process as simple and as easy as possible despite a few issues with the property management company and the uncooperative tenants. If you want to understand why, read on.I found Peter through BiggerPockets after speaking with many agents in Indianapolis. He immediately stood out. He has a deep, granular understanding of the market and thinks like an investor because he is one.Working with Peter meant buying my first investment property, my first out-of-state purchase, and my first home ever. Trust did not come easily. Time and time again, over more than a year of searching, Peter consistently proved he had my best interests in mind. Each moment built trust. I needed that.He was always responsive, thorough, and thoughtful. I was never rushed and never pushed into a deal. When concerns came up, Peter didn’t dismiss them or try to sell me. He laid out the facts and let me make informed decisions. In hindsight, that approach helped me grow as an investor and truly understand the Indianapolis market.Peter also personally visits properties. We worked with Peter for one year and half as we were looking to relocate, he was extremely patient with us and we never felt pressure on any of the houses we were looking to purchase. We found the perfect house with the perfect location and Peter guided us thru the process to purchase the home in this highly competitive market. Linda was also a great resource for the close and both members of the team are great communicators. He also makes video walk thru videos very comprehensive for remote folks looking to buy a home.
