Exceptional experience! Penny and Grodie are GREAT real estate agents and wonderful people. I am very selective, and they were more than I could ask for. They are a delightful team to work with, every step of the way, from visiting the house for the 1st time til closing day (even post-closing as there was work to be done). I RECOMMEND Penny and Grodie wholeheartedly, you will have a great experience -and I don't say this lightly. I am a first time homeowner and had a really bad first experience on my 1st offer (different agent), so I was a little skeptical. Working with Penny and Grodie, who was referred by a friend, I felt I was their priority at all times -she is very responsive via email, text and phone. She met every box and more. She would point out irregularities of a house and let me know about them, she would tell me if that was worth fixing or not -very honest, they will look after you. I visited the house I bought several times and they would happily agree to meet me every time, they would come in advance to make sure it was ready when I arrived. The process was easy, they took care of everything and would answer ALL my questions. Integrity is something I valued over anything else, specially after my bad experience with the prior agent, and Penny and Grodie got it!If you are hesitant of which agent to work with, I fully encourage you to give them a call. They were well prepared as they knew the area, the homes for sale, and, also have huge following/referral base of people looking to buy new homes. We listed our home and had an offer on the table in approx. 12 hours.
