I wouldn't be able to answer these questions actually, except for Responsiveness because she never called back. She responded to my inquiry but must not have been interested in showing us anything. Maybe because we were looking for lower priced homes. Couldn't say why she didn't but we also have had another realtor. We were wanting more info about how to go about getting these homes listed as foreclosed. So, she was helpful with that info.
