Patty helped us sell our home and purchase a new home. We sold our house in about 30 days! She's very professional, knows her stuff, and on top of that a sweet person. She took the time to explain the process and answered phone calls/emails/texts in a timely manner- definitely qualities I appreciated. Highly recommend!

Patty helped me find a house quickly. She knew what I was looking for and we did not have to spend a lot of time looking at properties that did not fit my needs. Patty knew what I was looking for and would find places that would open my eyes to something different. I started looking in early April and went to a few houses every week! She was always very patient and would always give me her feedback on the home as well. She would show up to every showing with a smile on her face rain or shine.

Patty just recently helped me purchase my very first home. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with! Patty has a very positive attitude and made my first buying experience fun and stress free. Once she knew exactly what I was looking for she searched high and low to find me the "perfect" home. Patty found my house the first day it was listed on the market and I was the first and last person to look at the home! I will defiantly be having Patty sell my home when i'm ready for an upgrade!

My wife and I met Patty at an open house and were immediately very comfortable talking with her. She helped us find the right home for us. She was always available and easy to get ahold of.
