Although it's been 2 years since working with Nicole, I continue to be pleased with the way she stays in touch. I have referred a couple of people to her and will continue to do so, because she is professional, knowledgeable, and she cares. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Give her a shot. Bought in 2019 and sold in 2020!! Nicole was such a great help. We put our first house out of college on the market and found the beauty we are in now before we sold. She helped us navigate the entire process. We closed on our new house in December of 2019 and closed on the sale of our first home February of 2020!! She made everything super easy and stress free!! The worry of juggling two mortgages never stressed me because with Nicole’s closing rate I knew our old house would go quickly and it did!!

Nicole was my realtor first in 2011 when buying a home and again when selling it in 2023. With her expert advice on staging and pricing, my home was on the market only 11 days before going into contract. Nicole is a true professional. She is genuine, personable, informative and quick to respond. After moving out of state, a few issues came up before and after closing, Nicole not only came to the rescue, but went above and beyond in handling all issues swiftly. I will miss Nicole when it comes time to purchase a home in my new state of residence.

I feel more like Nicole was actually assugn3d to me through divine intervention. I had recently become a single dad and my son and I HAD to get a house. Found one close to my work and his school, it was fully furnished, and got it at my budget. I definitely suggest you use one if Nicole's recommended under writers, I mistakenly used one I found and it was a disaster. But Nicole hung in there with us and get stuff done. Even hooked us up with a home warranty AND a comprehensive home inspection leading to the seller to handle a couple of details like a stand alone well as opposed to a shared well. Nicole is my real estate hero!!

Nicole has been my realtor since 2012. She helped me with my first purchase, second, and now 3rd home. She has also been my selling agent for 2 of our homes. Now that my family has grown she has helped us time and time again find the right fit for our needs. She is responsive, patient, and very organized through the process. If you are a first time home buyer I would highly recommend. She has helped friends of mine as well and they had great experiences. If you are looking for a knowledgeable agent of the area and just all around she is your girl!

Wow, has it been that long? I've known Nicole since ~2008 when she was my buyer's real estate professional! First, I was impressed with her high energy, dedication to excellence, superior communication and negotiating skills, and compassion and kindness to me (a single parent and educator) and to my teenaged daughter. I can unequivocally say her professionalism over the years has wildly advanced. If she does not know the answer to a complex question, she knows someone who does. Her professional and personal contact lists are expansive and wisely helpful. In addition to helping me navigate all the joys of home buying in an unfamiliar city, she recently helped me locate a proper, responsive, and professional residential property surveyor to mark the property lines and complete a plat of my property. Personally, Nicole is always good natured, funny, and a joy to be around every day!My daughter is on board with contacting Nicole and Ben "when the time comes" to sell my little slice of paradise.

Nicole helped me with my housing search which lasted a over a year for the perfect house. She was very patient and gave great insight into my housing search. Nicole's years of experience really shows, particularly when dealing with other agents and builders. She was great at asking questions, that I never thought about a meetings with the builder for my house. When I say, "Nicole knows people!", she knows people. If you need any advice for any aspect of real estate, she got you! If you need an agent that will stand with you and see you through the end, Nicole is the one you need in your corner!!
