Molly is absolutely amazing, she answered all of our questions when we had them, walked us through the home buying process and is just a very kind person in general!!! This is my 2nd home purchase and I wouldn't have wanted to go through this with anyone else, it was definitely a roller-coaster ride for everyone involved!

Molly did a wonderful job selling my home! She really went above and beyond. She is extremely knowledgeable and is really one of the hardest workers I have met. While Molly was very professional, she was so kind and had the most positive attitude. She was just the right person to sell my house, and I know I couldn’t have sold it without her. She was wonderful. Fast at responding to our questions. She was willing to meet us the same day to look at a property. She negotiated our offer back and forth multiple times. She was honest about the worth of the home. She had a professional appearance and attitude. She made the whole home buying experience a smooth transition!

With my previous realtor retiring, I needed to find someone new that could show me a few houses in the Brazil area. My wife and I happened to contact Molly Schopmeyer by chance and we now have “Our” realtor. Molly was very helpful in not only showing us several properties that we had found but also suggested another property that we ultimately purchased. She was always a pleasure to deal with and always got back to us when she said she would and kept us informed of where the purchase process was at. We will definitely be using her in the future, and if I were you, I would too.

My husband and I had been working with Molly for over 2 years. We gave her an idea of what we were looking for, or what we THOUGHT we were looking for! If we found property that we were interested in she was very quick to respond, and get us a showing. Even if it meant in the evening, a last minute notice. If she found something we might be interested in she would email, or text immediately. We both agreed that with this housing market when you find something you need to jump on it. We made sure we were flexible, and willing to look quickly. She helped us when looking at the house, and questions to ask that we would not have thought of. She helped us with offers, counter offers, and more counter offers to get what we wanted/needed. She worked well with our mortgage broker, helped with paperwork, and brought us a beautiful gift to put in our new home at signing. I would highly recommend Molly for her diligence, knowledge of the housing market, honesty, friendly smile, and seeing the job through to the end.

Very informative and knew pricing and sales values in our area. Responded quickly to questions and was supportive throughout the entire process. We had several unusual factors to deal with and she took each one in stride and pulled the sale together in a very timely fashion. We would recommend her to anyone needing to deal with real estate.

Molly was EXCELLENT in helping my fiancé and I look for and purchase our first home! She made us feel so comfortable through the entire process and was there to answer the hundreds of questions we had the entire time! She truly puts you at ease and is amazing at what she does! I would recommended Molly to everyone and we will most certainly go with her in the future for all of our buying and selling needs! She really is great at her job and is so prompt with everything through the entire process!

Molly is absolutely so genuine, down to earth and caring. She really worked hard and was so honest with us to make sure she got to know our family to help us find a house that would be our home and not just a house and a quick sell. Molly took what was a scary and overwhelming experience for us and made it fun and easy. She laughed, prayed and cried with us! We highly recommend her!
