Best Real Estate firm in Terre Haute. I had a rental property in Terre Haute for over 10 years. Used three other property management companies in Terre Haute and they were all a nightmare. Once I started using L. J. Michaels it was a dream come true. They stayed on top of everything. Kept me informed and up to date with all aspects of my rental property. They have their own in house maintenance team that do amazing work. They have over a hundred rentals they either own or manage. I love their office staff, such a joy to work with.I had tried to sell my property several times before with different realtors with no luck. Once I put it in the hands of L. J. Michaels, they went over and beyond to make the property more attractive to potential buyers. The property sold quickly and for more than I had hoped.

We contacted Cy Marlow based on a house we found on Zillow. We were looking for a very low cost house for a friend living in a delapidated house trailer whom we are trying to help. Cy's firm was very helpful despite the obvious fact the chances of our going through with a purchase were low and even if we did, the commission would not be much. It was a one day interaction. The firm provided several leads which we checked out. We did not make a purchase so there were no negotiations. Our only disappointment was a total lack of follow-up but we cannot really fault them for that.
