Mitch by far has the best communication skills compared to other realtors. He lets you know how every showing/open house turns out. He never once pushed us to sell before we were ready and made the whole process easier when we did list!

Mitch sold our home in 3 days. The best part about Mitch was his willingness to help get our home ready to show and sell. His advise on home improvements were not overwhelming, plus they worked! He had great, affordable home improvement specialist contacts that made the process stress free. Mitch responded to my emails and texts (even at times where it was not expected until the next day) promptly. My husband and I will use Mitch the next time we go to sell our home, and would highly suggest him to all friends and family!

Mitch sold our house in 1 day. I believe his advice relative to the purchase price was precise. He quickly and effectively marketed our home to potential buyers and had 2 showings setup within the first 24 hours. He gave us at least 24 hours notice prior to showing our house, which we appreciated since we have 3 kids. Overall, we were very pleased.
