We decided to go with Missy because of her knowledge and experience. She really came through for us on several accounts while selling our home. She fought for us during negotiations, up day and night, and was determined to make the sell. Missy was always available to talk and we never felt neglected. Her knowledge came in hand, even assisting the buyer's agent on the local processes and procedures. I feel like if we had went with anyone else, the sale wouldn't have been as quick or as fair. If you're looking for a pro, Missy is the one for you!

Missy was an outstanding real estate broker/associate to work with for the sale of my home in Olympia, WA in February 2026. I live in California, so I was concerned that I would need to make one or more trips to Washington to sell the home. But due to Missy's professional knowledge and experience, the entire transaction was handled remotely without any issues. She knows the market well and was able to research and make excellent recommendations regarding price and process. She is responsive, a good listener, and communicated promptly and clearly while giving me accurate expectations along the way. She did not dictate but worked with me collaboratively as we determined a sales price and negotiated our offer. She worked very hard and handled all the details for me so the entire process was smooth, efficient, and easy. Due to her many years of experience she has so many valuable connections to get all aspects of the sale completed - inspectors, contractors, title companies, real estate agents, appraisers and more. She is a well respected agent and knew the buyer's agent which made communication seamless. I would certainly hire her again and recommend her unconditionally.

Amazing realtor!! My wife and I worked with Missy to sell our first home in the summer of 2025. She held our hand through every step of the process, giving her opinions based on her extensive experience to help us make the decisions that felt right for our family. We had moved right before putting the house up for sale and put our faith in her and she did not disappoint. She was instrumental to keeping our home showing ready at all times. Given the market this summer was much more flat than anyone could have predicted, she used several different lead generating tactics to increase exposure and showings. We had roughly 12 showings before we got an offer and during that process, she helped us make strong counters to the low ball offers and ultimately resulted in an agreement we felt good about. Looking back at how prices dropped on so many homes in the Olympia area this summer and time on the market, we feel confident it couldn't have gone any better and it's all because of Missy.
