Michelle Terry and Alyssa Carroll and the rest of the Michelle Terry Team were truly amazing for me on both the buy side & sell side. I’m so very pleased with all aspects of their work, from the initial meeting and evaluation, through the listing price, the listing photos and virtual tour, to the negotiations with the 5 prospective buyers who made offers within 2 days of listing, right through to ensuring both buy & sell transactions occurred on schedule. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide us thru the purchase of our home. Michelle was extremely helpful to us from the very beginning of selling our parents' home. She responded quickly with lots of helpful information when we contacted her while searching for an agent. She went above and beyond in helping us through the process. She made sure the house looked fantastic for the photographer and for the showings. We live about 500 miles away from the property and she kept us informed every step of the way. She knows all the ins and outs of the business and made sure that we got all the required inspections and helped us through getting any necessary repairs completed.
