Michele helped me sell my home quickly so I could close on another home. Even though I needed a quick close she got me above asking on the sale. She hired a professional photographer who did an incredible job and walked me through everything. She even gave me advice on my offers on my new place out-of-state and she was so supportive when I was overwhelmed. I would highly recommend her. I would highly recommend Michele to anyone either buying or selling a house. Without question, she is a professional realtor who has a deep understanding of the process, the area (Prunedale in my case) and how to get a deal done. I didn’t know her prior to my house sale and I was a difficult and probably frustrating client. My house was not easy to sell and when we had multiple offers on the table at the asking price, I decided to take it off the market. She handled the bad news well and we kept in touch. About a year later, in a tougher market, I decided to list it again. She did not hesitate to help me and negotiated what turned out to be a perfect deal for both myself and the buyer.
