We worked with Jonathan Welch and could not have been happier. He found us an off-market deal on a new build and we were able to get into contract without any competition (very rare in the Boise market). Since we don't live in the city in which we were buying, Matt did all the leg work for us. This included a live tour of the house with his answering all our questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and almost instinctively knew what we were looking for. His staff, particularly Alicia, was outstanding as well.
We got the house in Meridian we wanted from afar ,sight unseen , as we lived in another State . We wanted to join our son and be close to our grandchildren and May 1 that happened !!
