Mark is the best; honest, hardworking, responsive, and flexible. He’s a very knowledgeable agent. He’ll make the whole process seem easy and take care of things every step of the way. We worked with Mark for over six months. He was able to book many same day or next showings for us. He always brought his flashlight as we examined each house. If we had questions, he answered them, or got back to us quickly with an answer. His cousin Ethan was a great help as well. Do not hesitate hiring them. They will find the perfect house for you.

Mark was an absolutely delight to work with. When we set eyes on a new listing on Zillow, Mark responded within minutes of us asking for an agent to contact us. At this time we were living in VA and could not physically made an appointment to see the house. Mark send us three very detailed videos were we could see the house/property that helped us tremendously to make the decision to put in an offer to buy the house. Mark had phoned us several time during that time to explain and to give us updates to what was happening. The buying of our house was so easy and we credit Mark for it. He has been with us when we signed the papers/ closing and we could finally meet in person. Since we do not live in New York, Mark has been a great help of getting us information about possible contractors and the ins and out of making a home for us in Sackets Harbor. He continues to be available to us for whatever question we have and my husband and I are very appreciative of him. Mark knows his stuff!!! From the moment we met him I knew we were in good hands. He went above and beyond finding us and negotiating our dream cottage. We were looking to buy in the 1000 Island’s region, which in my opinion is Marks specialty. He knows the region very well. We live in Rochester, NY so there was a lot of scheduling that had to be done from a distance and Mark made it so easy for us. There were many anxious calls and texts to him at all hours and he was always very patient and helpful with all my questions. His advice on who to contact for services in the area have been extremely helpful. Mark goes above and beyond. He makes you feel like a priority. I consider him a friend.
