Rick was beyond incredible! Our experience was a long roller coaster adventure, and we faced several situations he has never seen before but he handled each one for us and guided us through a lot of craziness. We were both fully remote and Rick accommodated that completely, oftentimes running out to see a house just after I texted him about it. We definitely appreciated all of his knowledge about the area and resale value and will definitely use him to sell when we are ready to leave.

With the recent changes in New York State law, you could save yourself a lot of trouble and money by doing business without an agent. However, Mr. Gates is the kind of man you do not want to do business without, since he chooses to do more than I can imagine his commission is worth. I now see Rick as my neighbor, and dare I say friend, and I should like to think that's exactly who will make the most of money and time.

Rick was extremely resourceful in helping us find our first house. We moved to a new area and had no idea about the location’s housing details, or about buying a house for that matter. Rick was thorough in his explanations and descriptions, and went above and beyond to provide us video tours when we couldn’t make it to open houses, show us local restaurants, etc. Additionally, Rick regularly communicated with us about the status of houses we were interested in, and was quick to respond when we contacted him with questions or concerns.
