Rick was an absolutely phenomenal agent for me, especially as I am a first time home buyer. He has a huge wealth of knowledge on the housing market here in the North Country and on the types of houses that are here in the area. He walked me through several homes, most of which were very different styles and designs, and he was able to point out areas of issue and areas of strength in each one. As he would always say, “there’s pros and cons to everything”. Our walkthroughs weren’t rushed and I didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience by asking a lot of questions. His advice was sound and helped me make a solid decision for my purchase. Rick also honored my desires for location and price range. He wasn’t pushy or trying to meet any type of agenda. It was truly what I was looking for and nothing else. Rick is also very familiar with the buying process with the VA backing. He has loads of local connections for all types of services that came in handy during the buying process and afterwards. I would absolutely recommend Rick to any one looking to buy a home, especially a first time home buyer!!

Best Realtor in the North CountryAs we all know, locating a house, getting into it to view and having an agent understand the many quirks you must have is a colossal strain. With that in mind, I couldn't have found the perfect home, a life changing event if it were not for Rick. He is a top shelf professional, but also important, and to me imperative, he is a tremendous human being. He was understanding, available at a moments notice, and extremely accommodating. I truly believe if I did not have Rick, I'd still be looking. He made my search stress free, and in the process made my dreams come true. Ricky was helpful to our family for the entire process of listing, photographing, and selling our home in NY so that we could move out of town. He was very patient when issues arose that were out of his control. He was willing to go above and beyond what most people would expect because I believe he is selfless and genuinely cares about his position as an agent. He met our needs, and although it's a challenge to sell and buy a home simultaneously, he was persistent through it all and never gave up on our family.
