Louise is the best! She just sold three of my properties and was my realtor when buying my home. Even though she is always busy, she makes you feel as if you are her only client. Anytime you contact her she responds to you immediately. This woman knows how to negotiate. I sold two inherited properties when my mother passed away. She was extremely supportive during this emotional experience. Louise gets my highest recommendation!!

We were looking for a house in Lynnfield for one year before working with Louise. We were very disappointed with the other realtor at another agency. The other realtor was slow to get us in to see listings and houses were selling before the Open Houses! She also took a long time to return calls and emails. When we switched to Louise, we felt like she was working for us 24 hours a day. She returned calls immediately.She was aggressive to get us into homes, even before they were listed, if possible. She found us a house one month after working with her. Louise Rocks!

If you want an experienced boker that will work tirelessly for you and zealously advocate on your behalf, Louise is your broker. I have had the pleasure of working with her on a number of deals. She approaches each deal the same way. It does not matter how large the deal is, she is thouroughly prepared and will not stop until your house is sold. On several occassions, I have seen her successfully take on challenging listings that others have not been able to sell and has maximized the gains for her client. She also has the invaluable experience of knowing how the transactions work from beginning to end, and she seems to be always one step ahead of the process. Buying and selling a house can be the most important transaction of somebody's life. Louise completely understands this and she provides extremely reliable and high quality service that eases the stress and provides you with the comfort of knowing that you are in great hands.
