Oh my goodness she is the best agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She helped sell my home first. It was hard after 20 years. She was empathetic to my unique situation. Then she has helped myself and daughter to sell my daughters home and purchase another that works for all. She helped us through every step. Lori was such a joy to work with when my husband and I were looking to purchase our first home. She was great with communication and walking us through the entire process. She managed to help us find a home that had everything we were looking for in the exact part of the city we wanted to live in. My husband and I were Lorelee's first official clients!! She helped us buy our home in October 2021. It was just an overall an amazing experience. We have five kids so I had quite the wish list, she put her heart and soul into making my dreams come true! I still contact her on a regular bases, sending pictures and updating her on all the things we continue to do to our home! Selling a home is stressful, so finding the perfect agent is absolutely crucial. Loralee "Lori" Schultz handled all aspects of our sale with professionalism and confidence. Lori also always treated us like we mattered. I know that selling a home is a business transaction, but it's also an emotional and financial roller coaster. Lori never lost sight of how we were doing. She answered all of my questions, no matter how ridiculous they were or how many times I asked them. She advised us well through negotiations and always offered us options. She even helped us out after closing by picking up a package from our old address and forwarding it to our new home. Lori is the absolute best! If you want an agent in the Binghamton area who can make a deal happen while simultaneously treating you like a friend, then look no further. Lori is your person.
