Santino was extremely easy to work with and very proactive. It was not an easy buying process including more than a couple snags but Santino navigated them amazingly and stayed on top of everyone else involved in the purchase process (lawyers, bank, seller realtor, etc). You would honestly think it was his own purchase. You just start thinking maybe a certain process is taking too long? Santino has probably already sent out an email asking what the hold up is. Great guy, friendly and resourceful. Definitely recommend.
