Lisa Palumbo did an excellent job as our agent. She gave contractor recommendations when we were preparing the house for sale. Her up-to-date knowledge provided us with strategic information on other neighborhood properties on the market. She timed the open-houses on our busy street well. During the "under contract" phase, she reminded us of the tasks ahead and her communication was effective but not overwhelming. We greatly appreciate all Lisa did for us to make our experience a success.
