Lisa was wonderful to work with in the selling of my dad’s home after his passing. Being that I lived out of town, Lisa handled and coordinated various contractors to get the home ready for sale. From the get go, she went above and beyond my expectations getting this home market ready. Given the emotional aspect for me, she was honest yet sympathetic and handled everything with such precision and care. Lisa does her homework and sets forth a marketing plan to get the house sold. I was immediately impressed with her attention to detail, experience, and professionalism. I know I wasn’t her only client, but she was always available and receptive in answering emails, calls, or texts. Lisa has been great to work with in the entire process through final closing. I have the utmost confidence in her expertise, and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

Lisa was a Godsend for us! We chose her to represent us as our buyer's agent.She went above and beyond our highest expectations. She has excellent communication skills and was able to negotiate with our sellers in our "for sale by owner situation" where we were having challenges moving the sale along. As soon as we gave Lisa the go ahead, she never stopped working diligently for us. If you are needing help with your real estate transaction(s), please do not hesitate to give her a call! It will help you go from a state of being overwhelmed to knowing everything is being done right, fair, with wisdom, and in the reasonable requested time frame! She was MORE THAN WORTH her fee.
