Linda is the BEST! As first time home-buyers, we were nervous about finding a house, especially in such a competetive market. Linda helped us feel at ease and showed us everything that we wanted to see until we found the one! (Pretty quickly, might I add!) She was always reachable by text and email, which we really appreciated. She knows the area in and out and has great releationships and connections with others in the real estate world, which helped the whole process run smoothly. Can't reccommend her enough.

Linda is a professional but the praise goes further than that because she goes above and beyond any expectations. She doesn’t just list your place, she markets it and provides wise counsel based on her years of experience. That alone would make her a professional but it is all of the extra things. During a pandemic, she found toilet paper and paper towels and put them, along with yummy Mrs Meyers hand soap, in our two bathrooms to keep prospective buyers comfortable. Because we lived a six-hour RT away, she went to the local glass shop to pick up a mirror and help us get it installed. Linda checked on the house regularly and suggested small adjustments to help it show better. She installed a new light cover and Swiffered the floors prior to the showing. She checked on the final condition of the property to make sure that the renovation went as expected and that the buyer got what he expected. Her communication and responsiveness are the best we could have hoped for, and, she made a stressful event in a stressful time fun and enjoyable. Because of her counsel, marketing, and general real estate agent skills, our place sold in less than a week. Our only regret is that we can’t do more business with Linda. We are thrilled with the results of our working with Linda Webster and would do it all again.

Having Linda work for me to sell my home, Linda made the entire process effortless for me , her knowledge and expertise in all areas made her invaluable! Linda sold my home in only two weeks and for the full asking price , she was able to help me through the entire process and provided me with reliable recommendations to complete the “owners” responsibilities , I would highly recommend using Linda for both your home purchase or sale, as she has provided me with the same superior service during both experiences !
