Libby was absolutely amazing, she was very knowledgeable on everything we ask her about. She stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process of selling our home. She has a very sweet personality but when it came to business she got serious, we highly recommend using her for any home needs you have & will definitely keep her in mind if we ever have to buy or sell again.

Libby was fantastic from start to finish. I was selling a house in Blair while I lived out of state and I can't imagine how much more stressful it would have been without her. She kept an eye on the property-- and when we had storm damage, she scheduled and arranged multiple contractors to get everything sorted. She had contacts for everything from a lawn mowing company to siding and roofing to cleaning and handyman work. On top of that, her marketing was top notch and our house was on the market maybe a week before it sold. Overall, I feel grateful I chose her and I would recommend her again in a heartbeat.

Libby was amazing to work with!! She and her team held an open house and sold my house in one day. She and her husband offered us their dump truck and emptied it for us which was a huge help.
