My husband and I can’t say enough about how incredible our experience was with Libby as our realtor. She was hard working and tireless in her efforts to sell our home/acreage. Things happened fast! We first met her in mid April not entirely sure we were ready to sell but our initial meeting got us so excited we quickly found a home to move to and with her expert guidance we readied our house and large property for sale. She remained in constant contact in and has a team that she surrounds herself with that made our process as easy as possible. From our initial meeting to 90 days later we are settled in our new home and she sold our beloved property and new owners are settled there too. Libby is more than incredible . Libby is Pure Magic! We can’t thank her enough and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling!

Libby was absolutely amazing, she was very knowledgeable on everything we ask her about. She stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process of selling our home. Libby was fantastic from start to finish. I was selling a house in Blair while I lived out of state and I can't imagine how much more stressful it would have been without her. She kept an eye on the property-- and when we had storm damage, she scheduled and arranged multiple contractors to get everything sorted. She had contacts for everything from a lawn mowing company to siding and roofing to cleaning and handyman work. On top of that, her marketing was top notch and our house was on the market maybe a week before it sold. Overall, I feel grateful I chose her and I would recommend her again in a heartbeat.
