I cannot say enough great things about Ben. He really took care of us throughout the home buying process. I appreciated his transparency and his honesty about each house we visited. He also taught us (young people with little knowledge about how houses age) a lot about what to look for when buying a home. On top of all of that, he was always on top of things and was very timely in responding and getting back to us and other parties throughout the process. You won’t regret choosing him as your realtor!

We worked with Ben to buy and sell our first home. As first time homebuyers, we were looking for a realtor who would expalin the house buying process to us as we went through it. Ben is a teacher. His goal is to teach you about the process not just gudie you through it. He wants you to ask questiobs and will be a point of contact for you long after closing. He gave us great recommendations for different tradesmens. Ben made time for us to make a personal connection and celebrated milestones with us over the years. Ben is a realtor with great knowledge of area and industry. I highly recommend him to anyone moving to Omaha

Ben is excellent at what he does! He’s very knowledgeable in his profession. As a first time homebuyer, Ben helped me feel confident by providing his expertise and assurance. He took all my worries away and actually made me feel excited about becoming a homeowner. He guided me throughout the entire process-from putting an offer, laying out the contingency plan, setting up home inspection, home warranty, final walk-through, and closing escrow-it was a breeze working with him! The process was a lot easier than I had expected-especially when I was doing this out of state.When we visited homes, he was not afraid to point out the faulty details when he spots them. He has a sharp eye. He genuinely cares and wants to make sure that the house meets my expectations.Not only that he is great at what he does, he also knows a lot about the interior and exterior of homes and can refer you to contractors for any type of job.I feel confident about being a new homeowner knowing that Ben is a phone call away.
