Not having a realtor in Omaha, I did some online research and was able to find a number of independent recommendations for Ben, so I took a chance and reached out to him. I'm really glad I did! Our situation was somewhat complicated as we were out of state and not sure of our home purchasing time frame. Ben was flexible and gave a lot of great advice despite the approach we were taking. When we finally made the decision to buy and identified what area of Omaha we wanted to live in, Ben set us up with an account and we started to receive good recommendations that matched out criteria right away. Whenever I emailed him about a house we liked, he was quick to offer excellent feedback to help us narrow our search. When we found the house we eventually purchased, Ben did all of the leg work that we couldn't do since we were not in town, to include a very detailed walk through with photos. Once we made the offer, things went very smoothly and Ben was quick to iron over any of the normal hiccups that occur during a closing. I would also say that I appreciate Ben's style in that he is super responsive, but not pushy. I prefer to ease into big decisions and I never felt like Ben was trying to push me into anything. He was available and as responsive as I needed. All in all, great experience and we will recommend him to friends as well as use him in the future in the event we purchase another home. I highly recommend Ben!!!

There is only one Ben Smail! We have bought and sold homes multiple times and there is no one we trust more than Ben. His expertise and calm guidance is second to none. Most recently Ben helped us sell our home as we relocated to Arizona. His attention to detail and transparent approach kept us grounded during a stressful time of relocation. I cannot say enough great things about Ben. He really took care of us throughout the home buying process. I appreciated his transparency and his honesty about each house we visited. He also taught us (young people with little knowledge about how houses age) a lot about what to look for when buying a home. We worked with Ben to buy and sell our first home. As first time homebuyers, we were looking for a realtor who would expalin the house buying process to us as we went through it. Ben is a teacher. His goal is to teach you about the process not just gudie you through it. He wants you to ask questiobs and will be a point of contact for you long after closing. He gave us great recommendations for different tradesmens. Ben made time for us to make a personal connection and celebrated milestones with us over the years.
